Renée Adams is a Professor of Finance, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and Senior Research Fellow at Jesus College. An expert on corporate governance, her research is highly interdisciplinary, spanning finance, economics, accounting, psychology, and, most recently, comics studies. In her work, she explores group decision-making, culture, and values. Her recent research explores gender and creativity in the art world. She co-founded AFFECT, the American Finance Association’s committee for women to support academic women in finance, and pioneered MBA courses on inclusive leadership. Renée is also a practicing artist and is exploring how to integrate art and science to challenge stereotypical beliefs.
